Birds at the Library
Wonderful day learning about birds at the July 2017 Memory Café in Hales Corners with our friends at from the Spark! team from Schlitz Audubon!
At the June 2017 Memory Café in New Berlin we got to make “Hanimals” together, thanks to the help of local artist Lois Rademacher.
Far Out! March 2017’s Memory Cafe at Franklin was a gas as we tie-dyed sock, tested our 60’s trivia knowledge and listened to some fab tunes.
Rhythm for Unity’s Tom Gill helped us use hand drums and other percussion instruments to make beautiful invented-in-the-moment music at the February 2017 Memory Cafe at Muskego.
Who said Legos are just for kids? Memory Cafe participants built a fire station, school, City Hall, and more at January 2017’s Four Points Library Project program.
Singing our favorite songs put everyone in the holiday mood at the December 2016 Memory Cafe in Hales Corners. Many thanks to the 4th grade classes that joined us!

Local musician Tim Southwick Johnson entertained us with silly original songs and some old classics at the August 2016 Memory Cafe in Franklin.
Mindfulness Jars and Ice Cream
The July 2016 Memory Cafe in Franklin was a lot of fun – we made mindfulness jars, wrote a silly ice cream poem, and got yummy ice cream sundaes!
Haws Petting Zoo
Thanks to the Humane Animal Welfare Society for visiting us at the June 2016 Memory Cafe in Muskego! Everyone enjoyed learning more about HAWS and meeting two of their sweet animals.
The Streets of Old Milwaukee
Dawn Koceja came to the May 2016 Memory Cafe at Muskego Public Library to talk about the Streets of Old Milwaukee exhibit at the Milwaukee Public Museum and show participants some artifacts from the museum’s collection.
We had a great time in April’s 2016 Memory Cafe learning about container gardening at the Hales Corners Public Library. Participants got to make and take home a beautiful pot of flowers. Thanks to the Master Gardeners who helped us pot our plants!
Old Time Radio
We had a blast at March’s 2016 Memory Cafe in Hales Corners learning about old time radio! This was only the second Memory Cafe hosted by the Four Points Library Memory Project, and we were so pleased with the turnout.
Shakespeare Here and Now
The first Four Points Memory Cafe at the New Berlin Public Library was on February 23, 2016. We’re so glad Ron Scot Fry could come and share his love of Shakespeare with us!
